Friendly and helpful staff, the space of the room, the big beds, the cool ACs (though old but theyre still very useful), clean room and quiet hallways, effort to lessen single use plastic compared to too much plastic use by other hotels, huge storage, huge mirrors, elevator esp for elderly, refillable coffee for breakfast (though it would have been better if they offered healthier milk option vs creamer)

The bed was comfortable. The shower was strong and hot water. Air conditioner did get cold. The location was excellent, malls, restaurants, banks etc was all within walking distance Taxi's, buses easy to get.. Some attraction within walking distance too.

Very happy with the service form the staff and the room was very good. On the ground floor nice and quiet.

All of their staff from receptionist to those guys who change the water dispensers are very accommodating, they will greet you with a smile on their face, the room is clean, hot water is working, they also have a cabinet with hangers, you can also adjust the air conditioner to your liking, their television has many channels and the room is spacious. Everything here is great! We have a great time here. We'll definitely choose to stay here again rather than on some cheap hotels.

There is no breakfast. We smell pee in our room. But the bed is comfortable. The AC is not accessible to adjust because there is no remote control. And my height is short and I cannot reach the switch.

Breakfast is good and the location is great for my purpose.it is just walking distance for malls and some fast foods and it is accessible for transportation.Though i just stayed overnight but i think it is a great location depends on your purpose also.you just have to plan ahead in going to the airport because it is quiet far most especially if it is traffic.but i am satisfied for my purpose.

I like that all the staff are really very friendly and approachable. Even the kitchen and diner staff are very warm and friendly. The guards also are polite and willing to assist. Excellent service.
